Residents may remember him as a major contributor to the Arnprior community.
Former Councillor Lyle Anderson has passed away and served on town council from 2010 until 2014.
The Town of Arnprior made the announcement on their official Facebook page ‘Arnprior Life’. In their post, they say:
“During his time on Council, Lyle demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and contributed to the growth and well-being of our community. His dedication to serving residents and helping shape important municipal decisions left a lasting impact on the Town of Arnprior.”
Flags at facilities throughout town will be lowered in remembrance. Anderson was 80.
