Police in the Carp area say that nobody was hurt after a small plane crash at the local airport on Monday.
The Ottawa Police Service responded to the crash at around 6:30 pm on Monday, May 25.
Neither of the two occupants of the airplane reported any injuries, but the crash did temporarily shut the airport down that evening. The Transportation Safety Board of Canada was notified of the crash and will be taking responsibility for the investigation.
