How’s your tap water looking in Almonte Ward?
A reminder that the spring watermain flushing program in all areas of Almonte Ward continues weekdays until Thursday, June 4th from 730AM-4PM.
This allows sediment release to ensure continued high-quality delivery to homes and businesses.
Discoloured (red) water may appear during or shortly after flushing, and reduced water pressure may occur intermittently while hydrants are being flushed.
Put aside cooking and laundry tasks while the flushing is in progress and run a cold water tap afterwards for several minutes to clear the line.
