It’a a time-sensitive topic, shared by a particular gender and demographic.
Petawawa Author Trudy Driscoll will host an Author Visit at the Carleton Place Public Library to discuss some of the internalizations of the aging process, as presented in her book, Breaking Free After 50: Ditch Guilt, Find Peace, Rediscover You.
The tome is aimed at women who are experiencing guilt associated with aging.
Driscoll will also cover her writing journey, offering interesting information about how to write a book, what to do next, and how to go about the self-publishing journey.
She’ll leave plenty of time after her discussion for questions and thoughts, and will be selling signed copies of her book after the event for $20 each, cash and or e-transfer only.
