McNab-Braeside Council on-point with World Autism Day

The Township of McNab-Braeside was very much in the moment Tuesday, with the declaration of a proclamation recognizing World Autism Day.

Here’s Mayor Lori Hoddinott:

The Mayor says the prevalence of Autism in the Province may surprise you: 135,000 children and youth in Ontario are impacted- or one in every fifty.

More and more, Canadians are coming to celebrate diversity. World Autism Day gives us the chance to recognize neuro-diversity.

April 2nd (today) is World Autism Day.
