Griese says initial meetings began in April, and since September the organizational pace has picked up; he says there was one last meeting Thursday evening.
Just because the Santa Claus Parade is the principal attraction doesn’t mean everything else shuts down- but there are logistics to attend to on the day of; the Arnprior Rivermen’s game at the NSC has an early start, for one.

While the Santa Claus Parade route is the same, there are a lot of folks new to Town.

And while the return loop from Madawaska to Daniel is not officially part of the route, it also draws a crowd.
Don’t forget to bring along a non-perishable food item, as Arnprior Food Bank volunteers will be collecting these from you along the parade route- which begins at 6PM sharp from Baskin Drive Saturday evening.
