One of two Arnprior residents nabbed in a Cocaine bust earlier in February did not take kindly to the police intrusion and faces additional charges as a result.
As part of a drug trafficking investigation, the OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and members of the Renfrew OPP attended a residence on Madawaska Street on Tuesday, February 20th.
Two persons were arrested as officers seized nearly two grams of suspected coke and drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Rose, age 52, of Arnprior has been charged with: trafficking a Schedule 1 substance – cocaine; as well as uttering threats to cause death and resisting a Peace Officer.
Blair Foster, age 47, of Arnprior has been charged with: trafficking a Schedule 1 substance – cocaine; possession for the purpose and posession of proceeds obtained by crime under 5k.
Both were released from custody with a Pembroke court appearance for April 3rd.
