In Arnprior, they’ve got the process of coming up with a new Strategic Plan systemized, according to Chief Adminstrative Officer Robin Paquette.
Every four years, the newly elected council, with the help of Town staff and the community, prepares a strategic plan that identifies the vision, mission, values, and priorities and initiatives that will guide the Town’s four years going forward.
The CAO invites members of the public to comment on any or all of the five aspects, which are:
Community Well-being & Culture; Corporate Efficiencies & Financial Sustainability; Economic Development;
Environment and Growth & Asset Management.
