The Central Canada Hockey League and Carleton Place Canadians are pleased to announce that General Manager & Head Coach Brent Sullivan has been named Assistant Coach of the OHL’s Sarnia Sting.
Sullivan remains as the Canadians Owner/Governor, but steps down from his Head Coaching duties after two seasons.
Brent Sullivan now returns to the OHL in a coaching capacity with the Sting, for whom he played 129 games for between 2007 and 2011.
Prior to his time behind the bench in the CCHL, he spent five seasons as an Assistant Coach with the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees.
Sullivan considers Sarnia his second home, and looks forward to player development with the club- but indicates he is equally excited for what lies ahead for the Carleton Place Canadians, which he and spouse Kayla will continue to own.
