Ottawa residents go bananas over bag tags, but next door in Arnprior, not so much.
In the Town where the rivers meet you can buy garbage bag tags so that you can put out more than two bags on those times when you need to.
Step One: Buy your voucher at Town Hall, the Nick Smith Centre or the Arnprior Public Library for $3.00
Step Two: Peel off the adhesive backing and stick them on your extra bags. (Since you’re allowed two bags each collection day, you only have to place bag tags on the extra bags (3+).
Step Three: Place all of your bags at the curb before 7:30AM on your garbage day. Make sure that your garbage bag tags are clearly visible to the collection team, so that they know that they can collect the extra bags.
