Walter Stack is going for it again.
The present Mayor of Arnprior has filed papers seeking re-election. (today filed his papers for re-election)
Stack cites his seventeen years on municipal council- the last four as Chief Executive, as the experience he is offering to the community he hopes to lead forward as it develops and diversifies its population, while retaining its friendly and caring aspects.
Councillor Lisa McGee has earlier filed nomination papers for the Mayor’s position, and Stack expects the race may be a 3-way contest by the August 19th nomination deadline.
