We’ve all been there. You notice an issue, but you don’t know who to contact. Now, there’s a simple way of doing so.
The Township of McNab/Braeside has launched a tool for residents to report an issue online, rather than trying to get in contact with an individual.
The new webpage on the township’s website breaks down concerns by category.
- Road Maintenance
- Garbage Collection
- Park or Trail Maintenance
- By-law Concern
- Municipal Concern
- General or Other Concern
Now available 24 hours a day, concerns can be submitted right online and will be directed to the proper department or person.
Once you click on one of the links, you’ll be asked for your name, email address and phone number, plus a description of the issue and where the issue is located.
You’ll even be able to upload a photo of said issue for better context of the concern.
The new tool streamlines complaints to the municipality so crews can respond promptly and efficiently.
The tool is only meant for non-emergency concerns. Any life-threatening emergencies should be directed to 911. Afterhours, non-life-threatening emergencies should contact 613-623-5756 ext. 9.
To submit a concern, visit mcnabbraeside.com/contact/report-a-concern.
