The County of Renfrew’s 2026 Summer Company Program has wound down for the year.
The Summer Company Program is through Enterprise Renfrew County and helps students, aged 15-29, to start their own businesses through coaching and funding.
A special event was held on August 26th for program participants to show off their businesses during a county council meeting. Students from the program shared their products, services and experiences to County council members, staff and Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke MPP Billy Denault.
Seven students participated in this years program with a wide range of businesses.

- Shine my Clubs by Hudson Warner (Professional Golf Club Detailing)
- Green Thumb by Bronwynn dick (Landscaping and Outdoor Maintenance)
- RedPine Woodworks by Rusty Stuart (Handcrafted Custom Wood Products)
- Addie Made by Adelaide Lomore-Beaupré (Custom Yarn and Crochet Pieces)
- Garden Palette Goods by Evelyn Finan (Hand-Painted Garden Décor and Organic Dog Treats)
- Moore Volleyball by Kelsea Moore (Volleyball Coaching and Skill Development)
In a press release, Renfrew County Warden Jennifer Murphy said: “Today is about celebrating not only the businesses you have built and the successes you have achieved, but also the initiative, commitment, and courage it took to take an idea, believe in it, and bring it to life. You should be incredibly proud of what you have accomplished, and we look forward to seeing where your entrepreneurial journeys take you from here.”
