An 80s-themed dance party featuring a live band performing all your favourite hits from that decade is set to hit the Ottawa Valley in a few weeks.
MyFM and Keymac Motorsports are partnering to host the myFM Rock the Block 80s Video Dance Party at The Wing in Renfrew on May 29th.
The party will feature a live performance from The Bomb, showcasing a variety of the 80s’ greatest and most iconic music for attendees to dance to.
Organizer Rob Mise says the event will be an experience residents won’t want to miss.
The band will take the stage at 7:00 p.m., but Mise says doors will open before that for anyone interested in getting the party started early.
The event will be family-first and family friendly, Mise says, and he expects tickets to sell out quickly.
MyFM will be selling early-bird tickets live on location on April 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Valley Vino in Renfrew, Victorian Sweet in Pembroke and The Brick in Pembroke.
