As pickleball continues its explosive growth across Eastern Ontario, a new facility in Almonte is stepping in to meet demand.
Westside Pickleball Courts, located at 340 Frank Davis Street in Mississippi Mills is the first stand-alone pickleball facility serving the Almonte-Kanata corridor.
Pickleball’s appeal lies in its accessibility – combining elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong into a low-impact, easy-to-learn game that attracts players of all ages and fitness levels.
Westside is designed as a year-round indoor facility focused entirely on pickleball, offering structured programming, leagues, and social play for all skill levels.
Westside Pickleball offers four dedicated indoor courts, skill-based programming and leagues, a court-side lounge and social space and easy online booking.
To mark its opening, Westside will host an upcoming tournament, bringing together players from across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.
