While many Ottawa Valley residents were not happy to see yet another snowfall this week, there is at least one business that is thanking Mother Nature for the long, snowy winter. Calabogie Peaks’ Owner/Operator Liz Murphy says it’s been an amazing winter on the slopes.
Murphy says conditions on the mountain right now are similar to what you’d see in January.
Murphy says normally, at this time of year they’re closing runs, but the mountain is fully open and they hope to stay that way right up until they close on Easter Sunday.
Murphy adds they’ve just launched season passes for next year, with the best prices of the season. They’re on sale at the Calabogie Peaks website.
