Join us for a night filled with classic tunes, glowing decorations, and memories that will last a lifetime. Let’s make new memories while reminiscing about the past. Don’t miss out on this blast from the past!
Mississippi Mills:
Today: The North Lanark Regional Museum invites you to join in today at noon for lunch and euchre! The program “Shuffling the Cards” runs every Monday from 12 – 2:30 p.m. Have a nutritious lunch and play a game of euchre. Admission is $10 per person. This program is funded by the New Horizons for Seniors Program Grant.
The Learning Again in Almonte Series presents “Horns, High Notes and Heroes: A Neophyte’s Guide to the Opera” with accomplished baritone Dr. Mark Wilkinson. Through interactive presentations, discussions, and real-world examples, you’re invited to discover the joy and beauty of opera. Sessions continue for those enrolled November 3rd and 10th from 7-9PM.
Tomorrow: The Learning Again in Almonte Series presents Navigating Health Care in Ontario. In this 5-week course, we will explore the Ontario Health System and all it’s layers and most importantly, your place within it to ensure your needs are met. Facilitated by Sherryl Smith, workshops and Q&As are offered interested parties and decision makers within our community. Sessions occur November 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd from 2-4 p.m. at Cornerstone Community Church.
