Hallowe’ens aftermath is something that happens in every community- but how it’s done varies depending on where you live.
The Carleton Place Public Works Department is asking residents not to place their pumpkins in their garbage cans for disposal.
Kindly place your pumpkins in a paper leaf collection bag or beside your leaf bags, as pumpkins will be collected and taken to the
compost yard during the fall curbside leaf collection period, which begins Monday, November 3rd, 2025.
