The Planning Department for the Municipality of Mississippi Mills is hosting three puublic open houses on Wednesday October 29th at the Almonte Old Town Hall.
Attend from 2-8PM and find out what’s being envisioned for three key areas in the Almonte Ward.
The Downtown Secondary Plan focuses on the riverfront, heritage, housing, business, mobility, infrastructure, and public art.
The Almonte Public Realm Plan examines public spaces in Almonte’s commercial areas, both downtown and along a section of Ottawa Street, including wayfinding and streetscaping.
The Affordable Housing Community Improvement Plan (CIP) looks at ways to incentivize private sector investment.
