The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continues to investigate a serious single vehicle collision that happened just before Noon Monday.
Police, Mississippi Mills Fire Rescue and Renfrew Country Paramedics responded to the scene on Bellamy Road where a pickup truck had left the roadway.
The eastbound vehicle was driven by an 84 year-old man was was transported to a trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Bellamy Road between the 4th Concession and Peninsula Road has since reopened.
Lanark County OPP continues to investigate, with assistance from OPP Traffic Collision Investigators and Collision Reconstructionist.
