There’s a push on to install Veterans’ Crosswalks,
After discussion at a recent Council Meeting, Arnprior is getting one- to be funded by the Town.
In Carleton Place, members of the A. Roy Brown Legion Branch are grabbing the paint brushes and doing the work themselves.
The project will be carried out on Tuesday, September 30th.
As a result, Franklin Street, at Beckwith Street, will be closed to vehicular traffic for the day, beginning at 7AM.
