The Arnprior-McNab-Braeside Me’s Shed Open House is this Saturday, September 20th from 10AM to 2PM at the Men’s Shed, 832 River Road in Braeside. There will be a free BBQ courtesy of the Arnprior Lions Club. Men’s Shed items will be for sale. There are children’s games and door prizes. There is shuttle transportation to and from Township Hall to alleviate parking problems.
The Annual Arnprior Shred Day Event is September 27th! Individuals and businesses are invited to participate in this important fundraiser to safeguard personal information and prevent identity theft. This event offers a convenient and secure way to dispose of sensitive documents, like bank statements and tax records, ensuring their destruction and preventing potential misuse. Cost: $10.00 per bankers box. The location is the Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors at Home office at 106 McGonigal Street, West in Arnprior.
Mississippi Mills:
Today: Baby Time, featuring songs, rhymes and stories for ages up to 12 months (with a caregiver) is offered at the Almonte Branch of the Mississippi Mills Public Library from 10-1030AM.
Tomorrow: A Meal for All’s Free Community Breakfast takes place from 830-1030AM at 111 Church Street in Almonte. A MEAL FOR ALL strives to build community by providing opportunities to gather and share food.
Carleton Place:
Today: The Free Community Breakfast is offered from 830-1030AM at St. James Anglican Church, 225 Edmund Street.
Carleton Place Cruise Nights take place in the parking lot of Anderson’s YIG from 5-830PM.

Arnprior McNab Braeside United Soccer’s WINTER RECREATIONAL PROGRAM Registration is on now for the U5/U6, U7/U8, and U9/U10 Boys & Girls program. This program is perfect for young players to learn, play, and have fun in a supportive environment. Sessions start October 6th and there are 23 sessions in total.
