This Saturday and Sunday marks the 30th anniversary of Almonte Fibrefest.
This year’s annual festival of fibre arts, brought to you by the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum, features:
Over 80 vendors; a “Sheep to shawl” competition, live demonstrations (including sheep shearing) Raffles and more.
The event is September 6th and 7th at the John Levi Community Centre (182 Bridge Street, Almonte)
Cost of Admissionis $5 per day.
