A Community Appreciation Lunch was held Wednesday at Cold Bear Brewing Company, 100 Madawaska Blvd.
This specific event, from 11AM to 2PM marked the start of a new collaboration, according to Alicia Ott from ONTRAC.
The event is a partnership between ONTRAC Employment Resource Services, Arnprior Life and the Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Ott tells us that yesterday’s free community bbq painted with some broad brush strokes.
A press release from the Ontario Network for Training, Resources and Career Planning indicated the event is for neighbours, families, friends, local legends, dog walkers and hot dog fanatics.
