Seminars include: August 13th – Bar Codes and Beyond; August 21st – Starting a Food Business and Regulatory Compliance; August 28th – How to Sell Your Food Product; September 4th – Costing and Pricing to Make Profits; September 11th – Marketing and Branding Your Food Product; September 18th – Food Safety Fundamentals for Start-Ups, and September 25th – Labelling and Packaging Your Food Product.
This program runs 4 times a year and will be offered again in November, January and April.
