Mississippi Mills:
Today: Baby Time, featuring songs, rhymes and stories for children up to 12 months with a caregiver happens Wednesdays from 10 to 1030AM at the Almonte Branch of the Mississippi Mills Public Library. It’s followed by Story Time, from 11 to 11:30AM for children ages 1-4 with caregiver.
Film in the Afternoon: Stop by the Almonte branch library for their monthly movie feature from 1-3PM. Check the library website for the movie title of the month. No registration required. Room capacity is 30 people.
The Ramsay Women’s Institute presents Tea on the Lawn at the Mill of Kintail Museum from 130-3PM.
Tomorrow: A Meal for All’s Free Community Breakfast takes place from 830-1030AM at 111 Church Street in Almonte. A MEAL FOR ALL strives to build community by providing opportunities to gather and share food.
Carleton Place:
Today: The Free Community Breakfast takes place from 830-1030AM at St. James Anglican Church, 222 Edmund Street.
Don’t miss the Museum Tour at the Carleton Place from 1-2PM at 267 Edmund Street.
The Queer Sphere Crafting Circle happens from 2-330PM Please the our Adult and Teen schedule for specifics. This is a safe and welcoming environment for teens 12 and up.
Local Sports:
