Police in Renfrew say the would-be Picasso who literally painted the town red over the long weekend has been caught.
The OPP have arrested a 47-year-old Renfrew resident after more than a dozen locations along Raglan Street South, including the public library and a number of ATMs, were marked by what the cops are calling a paint-like material early in the morning on Saturday.
Following an investigation, officers arrested the suspect on Tuesday on thirteen counts of mischief disrupting lawful enjoyment of property.
They were later released from custody ahead of a court date in March.
