It is Seeds of Success; a look at leaders in the local agricultural sector…fueled by Kubota.
Today we are looking at Equestrians
Braeside’s Gordon Nesbitt is an equestrian with global credentials, who understates his experiences with more than a modicum of modesty. Having been an equestrian for nearly an half century, most of that time was on the Aylmer side of the Ottawa River, but over that past decade-plus he’s raised his horses on acreage near the local village. His breed-of-choice is the Belgian, famous for pulling the Carlsberg Beer Wagon on TV.
Gord shows them across North America, and has the hardware to prove it. Gordon’s off-farm job is at the RCMP stables in Ottawa. Even those who’ve never seen the RCMP Musical Ride perform, may be familiar with the troupe from the reverse side of the 1975 Canadian fifty dollar note. His Musical Ride credentials have introduced Gordon to members of the British Royal family. Gord says he rises at 4:15AM, and aims to hit the sack before 10PM- as long as the work is done.
Seeds of Success fueled by Kubota.
