Everywhere, there’s growing concern about the increasing number of serious motorcycle crashes and deaths and injuries related thereto.
Securite Publique MRC des Collines de l’Outaouais is out with a mid-season snapshot to show their concern.
Although in the majority of the accidents that have occurred, only one (1) vehicle is involved, (namely the motorcycle), there are no less that several incidents that could have been avoided.
Remember, if you take the wheel, be vigilant because police don’t want you to be one of the statistics.
Compared to 2023, there’s been a 24% increase in the number of accidents in 2024 to date in the local region.
