This Saturday marks the official grand opening of the Arnprior-McNab-Braeside Men’s Shed at its new location in the old Braeside Schoolhouse.
Spokesperson Gary McBurney says there will be a shuttle running folks from the municipal parking lot to the site.
Reason being there’s a full house of support staff for the celebration that will be on hand.
McBurney says teasing a politician with a microphone is often a temptation the politico can’t resist.
The Men’s Shed spokesperson says the new site for the Men’s Shed has advantages the casual observer might have taken for granted.
Additionally the new location is roomier- meaning some logistic improvements.
McBurney says participatory attendance ranges from one to two dozen members per day.
