Canada Day 2024 in Carleton Place is occurring along the banks of the Mississippi River and involves an assortment of live music, food, and family fun from 12:30PM to 10:15PM.
Spend all the time you like enjoying Live Entertainment, the schedule of which is The Carleton Place & District Community Band (12:45 p.m.), Amber Humby (2:15 p.m.), The Rembros (3:30 p.m.), Steve Stacey (4:45 p.m.), The Bowes Brothers (6:00 p.m.), Small Town Socials (7:15 p.m.), and JaxStraw (8:45 p.m.)
The Fireworks Display begins at 9:45 p.m. and is approximately 15 minutes in length.
Kids and Family Activities include Air bounce Inflatables (1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), the Craft/Activity Area (1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), while the Rock the Arts Puppet Show begins at 4:30 p.m.
Note that lifeguards will be on duty at Riverside Beach 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. while the Splash Pad & Washrooms remain open until 10:30 p.m.
Should you be hungry, Food/Refreshment Vendors will be on-site from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.
Not all vendors accept card payments, but there is an ATM on site.
