With the ongoing heat wave, Town of Arnprior officials are reminding the public of a number of spots residents and visitors can stay cool, including;
- Splash Pad at Robert Simpson Park is open 8 am.-.8 p.m.
- Members of the public areselcome to sit inside Bert Hall Arena or the Community Lounge at the Nick Smith Centre to remain cool. Free public WiFi is also available.
- Beaches are open at both Robert Simpson Park and McLean Beach, however please note lifeguards do not begin duty until June 24
- The Arnprior and District Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday
- The Arnprior Library is open Monday – Saturday
