Road closures in the summer are a fact of life in the Nation’s Capital, and staying on top of them to avoid delays, a nearly impossible task.
Multiple Highway 417 closures are planned from this week forward; some for brief times, others for several months.
We’ll deal with on and off ramps along the Queensway, as well as work on the 417 itself, and refer you to the City of Ottawa website for the rest.
Highway 417 Westbound, Leitrim Road to Innes Road will see recurring-maintenance, alternating lanes until June 7th at 3:30PM.
Highway 417 Eastbound between Maitland and O’Connor will see recurring-construction, 1 right lane until June 8th at 6AM.
Highway 417 Eastbound at the Holly Acres Exit sees recurring-Construction, in the left lane(s) until June 7th at 6AM.
Highway 417 Eastbound between Innes and Leitrim will see recurring-maintenance, one alternating lane(s) until June 7th at 330PM.
Highway 417 Westbound between Richmond Road/Bayshore Drive to the Holly Acres Road Exit has Recurring-Construction, one right lane(s) until June 7th at 6AM.
Ongoing road closures involve the Highway 417 Eastbound On-ramp at Parkdale Avenue and the Parkdale on-ramp until August 25th.
The Highway 417 Westbound Off-ramp at Aviation Parkway sees all lanes closed until November 29th.
The Highway 417 Westbound On-ramp at Pinecrest Avenue and Greenbank Road sees all lanes closed, with the On-ramp closed until August of this year.
