Members of the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating after a man approached two young girls in Carleton Place.
The girls were walking in the area of Morris and Boyd Streets around 330PM on Saturday (April 13th), when they were approached by a man in a vehicle.
He tried to strike up a conversation, but the girls quickly went to a friend’s home nearby.
The person-of-interest is described as an older, balding individual wearing a black face mask.
The car he was driving is a small, white hatchback.
