An important step to take if you live in a regulated area within the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority’s catchment area is to check first on the permits you will require for any planned development, construction or site alteration (including grading, fill placement, and excavation).
Regulated Areas are inclusive of, but not limited to, flood plains.
