Anrprior Regional Health are seeing the benefits of a recent investment in their staff.
They recently celebrated the first ever graduating class from it’s Emerging Leaders Program, as nine up-and-coming members of staff received a year’s worth of formal training and education to improve their leadership and people skills.
Hospital Vice President Andrea McClymont says the program, which launched last year, is an important addition when it comes to retaining employees who show leadership qualities.
Meanwhile, Hospital President and CEO Leah Levesque congratulates the group, noting that they made a “time-intensive commitment to developing invaluable leadership skills that will help them grow and flourish in their career.”
