Arnprior Regional Health now ARH confirms Doctor Florin Padeanu is the Hospital’s new Chief of Staff.
Dr. Padeanu takes over from Dr. Christine Schriver who served 11 years in the leadership role.
In April 2020, Dr. Padeanu and his wife, Dr. Julie Ridgen, relocated from Winnipeg to Arnprior.
In addition to providing care on the Hospital’s Inpatient Unit, Dr. Padeanu practices family medicine at the Tall Pines Clinic, which is part of the Arnprior and District Family Health Team.
Through working at the Hospital, Dr. Padeanu also developed an interest in the Hospital’s administrative processes, which led him to apply for the Chief of Staff position.
Medicine is Dr. Padeanu’s second occupation, after having practised law for some years.
