Cathy Jordan originally hails from Richmond Hill, and began her nursing career in Toronto following her graduation from Queen’s University in 1979. She originally entered the profession in pediatrics, but made the switch to community early on. She’s done Public Health Nursing, VON, worked in public health centres. The final fifteen years of her career were spent as Executive Director of the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre, and it is here that she first encountered individuals who would subsequently become her colleagues with Arnprior Regional Health. A Carp resident for many years, Cathy now calls Calabogie home.
