RENFREW HOUSE FIRE REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION

The investigation continues into the house fire on Mary Avenue in Renfrew earlier this week. According to Acting Fire Chief, Tim Hill, the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshall was brought in to investigate the cause of the blase. The house itself was deemed a complete loss and had to be torn down. Damaged is estimated in excess of $400,000. At last word, the two residents of the home remained in hospital. A 60 year old man was last known to be listed in critical condition and a 61 year old woman was in fair condition.
