The man accused in the crash that killed a McNab Braeside man will soon make a plea. 28 year old Joseph Edward Fitzgerald of Huntsville is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, failure to stop at the scene of an accident, failure to comply with probation, and assault with intention to resist arrest. The charges were laid after 36 year old Travis Douglas Wright was killed in a collision in North Bay on November 28th of last year. Fitzgerald will appear in court at 9 a.m. on April 25th for a plea date. A representative from the North Bay Courthouse says Fitzgerald has indicated that he intends to plead guilty.
